We go from press to picture, so if you're seeing heat marks in the picture, it's simply because the item was still 300+ degrees when the picture was taken, or the material has shifted directions. Once your item has been washed the heat marks will go away, if they haven't by time you've received it :)

Take a picture of your embroidered patch, or a digital image and turn them into a velcro patch. If you send an embroidered image, from the front it will have the appearance of being embroidered, but from the side the image lays completely flat on the velcro.
You will receive 2 patches, they can either be the same, or you may choose a different image for the left and right. Patches may be up to 6 inches tall or 6 inches wide, whichever the image reaches first. Please specify the height in the questionnaire, our default height is 5 inches tall if not marked otherwise, but regardless of the height entered the width may not exceed 6 inches.
