The supplier we use for prints now offers a variety of options for patches. We're extending those offerings to you. They will be created by our supplier, but we can apply them to custom apparel if desired.
There are too many factors to allow purchasing on the website, but we can provide the baseline information, then you may contact us to place an order or get an accurate quote.

Pictured are mockups of what the embroidered patch/badge will look like and the images we used to create them.
You can only get Merrowed edges if you use one of the shapes listed in the last photo. All other shapes will have hot cut edges. You can choose between a hook and loop backing or a heat applied backing.
Embroidered patches must have an image submitted that is simple colors and lines, preferably a vector. It must have no shadowing, highlights or blended colors. We were able to push the badge pictures shown below and make them work, but that would be the max shadowing allowed. We may be able to help you edit or recreate you photo to make it work.
Minimums do not have to be met by a single person; however a department must have a plan to have enough orders to cover the minimums. (i.e. if the minimum is 10: 10 people can order 1 badge each, or 5 people can order 2 patches each). We cannot order the item until all orders have been placed to cover the minimum. Each rank on a badge counts as a different minimum. Minimums are set by the supplier, not by us, we cannot change them.
