Setup Fees

If you've never ordered one of our custom designs or have new images, you will be charged a setup fee of $10 at checkout if a custom item has been added to your cart.

Our setup fees are charged per person. This helps prevent one person from paying the setup fee for an entire department/business.

Setup fees include the editing and storage of your images. We will store your images so that when you want to order again, you won't have to upload the images again. If your images (i.e. badges, patches) change, you will upload your new photos and pay the setup fee again. We keep a folder of prints for each department/business to keep extra prints on hand, when able, which helps reduce processing times.

You may choose to pay the setup fee for an entire department/business by adding the product below to your cart. This option is best for departments/businesses with 11 members or more who plan to order from us.
